New suppliers and subcontractors are assessed for modern slavery risks based on the services provided, geographic location, and the use of temporary or migrant labour. Higher risk relationships are subject to enhanced checks, which may include requests for policy documents, evidence of labour standards, and clarification of recruitment and employment practices.

Supplier Audits and Monitoring

Man With a Van Kew undertakes proportionate auditing and monitoring of selected suppliers and subcontractors, with a focus on those areas where the risk of modern slavery is considered higher.
